Meet the Founder

 Bishop Kindrick Vernon Beck

“Called to Heal – Sent to Mend”

" I will always show you where to go. I'll give you a full life in the emptiest of places - firm muscles, strong bones. You'll be like a well-watered garden, a gurgling spring that never runs dry. You'll use the old rubble of past lives to build anew, rebuild the foundations from out of your past. You'll be known as those who can fix anything, restore old ruins, rebuild and renovate, make the community livable again."

Isaiah 58:11-12 (The Message Bible)

Bishop K.V. Beck : A Legacy of Leadership and Ministry

Bishop K. V. Beck, a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, has dedicated his life to serving God and transforming lives through a powerful ministry of restoration, empowerment, and leadership development. Raised in the fear and admiration of the Lord, Bishop K. V. Beck is the manifestation of a prophetic word spoken by his late father, Pastor Vernon Ketchens, Jr., that he would preach and reach the people of God. Together with Evangelist Barbara A. Beck, Pastor Ketchens instilled a foundation of faith and holiness in their son’s life, praising God as they witnessed the fulfillment of His promises. The proud parents praised God for the full manifestation of holiness in their son’s life. The word that was spoken came to pass when he preached his first sermon at a very young age. Through prayer, fasting, and the abstract teachings, Bishop K. V. Beck's journey into ministry began as his father was released by God to ordain him as a minister in 1992, setting the stage for a lifetime of spiritual impact and leadership.

Bishop K.V. Beck, a graduate of West Jefferson High School in Harvey, Louisiana, began his ministry with the establishment of the St. John Revival Outreach Street Ministry in 1996. He later relocated to Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where he pursued theological studies at New Light Bible College. During this time, he served faithfully under the mentorship of Bishop D. Lewis of The House of Prayer, who consecrated him as a Bishop in 1997. After completing two years of advanced Bible training under Dr. H.B. Williams, Bishop K. V. Beck sought divine guidance for his next assignment, leading to his relocation to Bakersfield, California. His leadership and ministry flourished, and in 1999 he became the overseer of Bondage Breaking Outreach Ministries, a thriving organization dedicated to breaking spiritual and personal barriers.

Bishop K.V. Beck's ministry expanded further in 2001 when he accepted the position of Pastor at New Hope Baptist Church in Delano, California. In 2004, he was affirmed as General Bishop under the leadership of Presiding Bishop Garvin R. Prichett of the Ambassador for Christ International Pastoral Network Fellowship of Churches. That same year, he transitioned Bondage Breaking Outreach Ministries into a full church body, creating a space for spiritual restoration and community outreach.  In 2014, Bishop K. V. Beck founded Restoration and Empowerment Kingdom Ministries, an extension of Bondage Breaking Outreach Ministries. This dynamic ministry focuses on Kingdom building through community service, spiritual restoration, and empowerment. Bishop K. V.  Beck and his ministry team have traveled extensively throughout California and beyond, serving as vessels of healing, deliverance, and empowerment God's people.

Bishop K.V. Beck has also excelled in education and community service. This allowed an open door for deliverance, healing, and restoration of souls that have experienced physical and substance abuse.  In 2007, he received a Doctor of Divinity (honoris causa) from Elbon Solutions College of Ministry and deepend his theological knowledge through St. Paul Seminary & Bible Institute.
