Meet the Founder

 Bishop Kindrick Vernon Beck

“Called to Heal – Sent to Mend”

(11) I will always show you where to go. I'll give you a full life in the emptiest of places - firm muscles, strong bones. You'll be like a well-watered garden, a gurgling spring that never runs dry.(12) You'll use the old rubble of past lives to build anew, rebuild the foundations from out of your past. You'll be known as those who can fix anything, restore old ruins, rebuild and renovate, make the community livable again.

Isaiah 58:11-12 (The Message Bible)

Bishop K. V. Beck a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. He was raised in the fear and admiration of the Lord. Bishop Beck is the manifestation of a word spoken by his late father that he would preach and reach the people of God. The proud parents, the late Pastor Vernon Ketchens, Jr. and Evangelist Barbara A. Beck, praised God for the full manifestation of holiness in their son’s life. The word that was spoken came to pass when he preached his first sermon at a very young age. Through prayer, fasting, and the abstract teachings, his father was released by God to ordain him as a minister in 1992.

Bishop K.V. Beck graduated from West Jefferson High School in Harvey, Louisiana. In 1996, he organized an outreach ministry named St. John Revival Outreach Street Ministry until he relocated to the city of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. While studying at New Light Bible College, Bishop Beck served under the leadership of Bishop D. Lewis of The House of Prayer. During his time of servitude, Bishop D. Lewis consecrated Bishop Beck as a Bishop in the Lord’s Church in 1997. In 1998, the Bishop completed two years of bible training under Dr. H. B. Williams of the New Light Bible College. After seeking divine direction for his next assignment, he was granted the right of passage for the relocation to Bakersfield, California. Bishop Beck realized it was not good for man to be alone and sought the Lord for his helpmate. The Lord blessed him with his loving and supportive wife, Evangelist Loreta Tibbs Beck. In 1999, Bishop Beck became the overseer of the Bondage Breaking Outreach Ministries, the organization of Evangelist Loreta Tibbs Beck.

Bishop K.V. Beck continued in the elevation of the mandate that God has on his life and in 2001 became the Pastor of the New Hope Baptist Church located in Delano, California. Bishop Beck was affirmed as General Bishop in July 2004 under the Presiding Bishop Garvin R. Prichett, of the Ambassador for Christ International Pastoral Network Fellowship of Churches (AIPN). Bishop Beck continued the mission of Bondage Breaking Outreach Ministries throughout the years, allowing its evolution into a local church body ministry in October 2004. The church continues to function and the presence of God is being experienced to this day. God has allowed the ministry to be used in the furtherance of Kingdom building, restoring the Glory of God to ministries that have experienced a desolate place and season. In 2014, God bestowed on Bishop and Doctor Beck hearts to establish Restoration and Empowerment Kingdom Ministries under the umbrella of B.B.O.M. It is a thriving ministry that helps the community in many ways including monthly outreach ministry, spreading the word of God and restoring those in need. Restoration and Empowerment Kingdom Ministries travels throughout California and other states to be used as vessels of God in the deliverance and empowerment of His people.

Bishop K.V. Beck continued his education by obtaining his certification as a Chemical Dependence and Anger Management Counselor in 2003. This knowledge has allowed an open door for the deliverance, healing, and restoration of souls that have experienced physical and substance abuse. Bishop Beck's horizons were expanded after receiving a Doctor of Divinity (honoris causa) from Elbon Solutions College of Ministry in 2007. He is currently in the process of furthering his education in theology by attending St. Paul Seminary & Bible Institute under the leadership of Bishop Broderick Huggins.

“Whoever desires the of ice of a Bishop, desires a good work.

Not the glamor nor the title but a good work.” 1Timothy 3:1 (paraphrased)

Bishop K.V. Beck organized the Melchizedek Priesthood Association Global Ministries (MPAGM) in 2005. Enthroned in 2014 as Presiding Bishop and Apostle over M.P.A.G.M. This ministry has been established to strengthen Kingdom Leaders as they undertake their various roles of leadership. MPAGM functions as a support system that will thrust Kingdom Leaders into the next dimension by offering counseling to leadership towards wholeness, organizational structure development through administration, restoration to the congregation, and spiritual development of the local body as a whole. As the Kingdom Leaders, along with the local body embrace the instruction of MPAGM, they will be strengthened, empowered, and equipped for the spiritual assignment mandated to them. MPAGM's goal is to produce saints that are victorious and have positive surroundings to advance in the Kingdom of God.

Bishop K.V. Beck was appointed the Director of Los Angeles Community Outreach Center (LACOC) in Los Angeles, California and faithfully served from 2008-2010. LACOC offered services to the homeless, food programs that would feed 200-300 people weekly in the community, and assisted individuals with court mandated community service. In 2010, Bishop Beck was bestowed Apostolic Succession through the Southern Ecumenical College of Bishops in Dallas Texas. Bishop Beck continued his assigned mandate as the Executive Pastor of the Faith Temple Church of Christ Holiness USA in Los Angeles, California where he served faithfully for three years. During his assignment, Bishop Beck implemented programs and assisted in building the membership of the local body. In 2013, Bishop Beck accepted the assignment as Interim Pastor of Fruit of the Vine Store House of Faith while Apostle L Gibson was being strengthened by his assistance. Through his ministry, Apostle Gibson has regained her strength and has returned to the position of Pastor of the church.

Bishop K.V. Beck is also a gospel-recording artist with Parliament Records located in Hollywood, California. God has built a platform for Bishop Beck to minister to people in song, as well as in the word of God. As a praise and worship leader in his youth, the passion to sing God’s praises has never left him. You are able to experience his music ministry through his album titled “Let’s Go Higher in the Lord”. The album allows the listener to enter into the presence of God, break the spell of darkness, and enter a placed of freedom filled with liberty that only God can give!

Bishop K.V. Beck believes in loving and supporting his family as he fulfills the mandate God has placed over his life. His family consists of his wife of 24 years, Evangelist Loreta Tibbs Beck, daughter Jasmine L. Beck (27 years old), two Granddaughter Kyaira Wattree (18 years old) Lori McCree (3 years old), one grandson Genesis S. McCree and God given son Sir El Shaddai Williams (14 years old). Bishop Beck is a vessel willing to be used totally by God and win the lost at any cost. With a strong ministry in deliverance and restoration as he walks in the office as a Prophet, Bishop is busy establishing the Kingdom of God in the hearts of men, women, boys, and girls. Bishop Beck firmly embraces the scripture of Luke 4:18, it states the following:

The Spirit of the Lord [is] upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to

preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,

Luke 4:18 (King James Version)
